The countdown is on! We’re so excited to see you in just a couple of days for the Remuda Symposium. The team has been working hard to make this event unforgettable, and we can’t wait to welcome you.

Here are a few important updates to help you prepare:

Accessing the Botanic Gardens

The address is 3220 Botanic Garden Blvd., Fort Worth, TX 76107.

Please use the main entrance off University Drive for the easiest access to the gardens.

Follow the signs to parking and the entrance

Arrival Time

You’re welcome to arrive anytime after 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
We’ll officially kick off the program at 1:00 p.m., so please plan accordingly.

Wednesday (December 4th) Agenda

12:00 p.m.: Check-in opens.
1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.: Stories from the Legends: Hear some of the most meaningful stories from our incredible speakers.
2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.: Networking Break: Visit with friends and explore shopping opportunities.
3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.: Another round of inspiring stories from our Legends.
4:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.: Panel Discussion: A collaborative session with our speakers.
4:30 p.m.: Join us for the Legends and Lanterns Reception with appetizers and beverages.
