On Tuesday, November 19, from 12:30 to 3:30 PM Central, we’re hosting our first Alliance Virtual Business Conference — a three-hour, TED Talk–style Zoom event designed specifically for professional horse trainers.
This is a fast-paced program created by trainers, for trainers. You can listen while you ride or sit at your desk and take notes — whichever fits your day best. Each session includes practical ideas and real-world strategies from trainers and professionals who live this industry every day.

• From Lessons to Legacy: How to Be a Powerhouse – Jessica Bein of Scottsdale, Arizona, runs one of the largest lesson programs in the country and will share how her team teaches hundreds of lessons each week while maintaining excellence.
• Five Must-Do Coaching Strategies That Deliver Real Results – I’ll be sharing actionable strategies and some practical strategies for improving communication and confidence with riders, drawing on evidence-based sports psychology and executive coaching.
